RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Our policy for returns or exchanges is 7 days from the time you receive your order.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Important: The item remains your responsibility until it is received at our store.

Please note: If the returned item has been worn or stained, we won’t be able to process the return.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. However, you can make a new order for any new items you require and return the original item for a refund.

How will I receive my refund?
Once a return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we confirm that the returned item(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive an email notification of the credited amount to your account.

Total return and refund processing time: up to 23 days.
